  • Deposit and Payment: Your pre-order payment is considered a deposit towards the final purchase price. Final payment details will be confirmed upon product availability and final sale agreement.

  • Changes and Development: Our products are in development, and specifications may change. We commit to keeping you informed of significant changes during the production process.

  • Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the final sale agreement for a full refund of your deposit.

Additionally, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues with our products.
